Subject matter<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is to:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>tickets to the video game museum,<\/li>\r\n<li>guided tours and workshops,<\/li>\r\n<li>privatisation,<\/li>\r\n<li>group and school reservations,<\/li>\r\n<li>and accessions to the MO5 association where appropriate.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<!-- ========================================================== --><!-- 2. Ticketing<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prices<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are expressed in euro including VAT. The museum reserves the right to change its prices at any time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Free<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Admission is free for:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>members of the MO5 association (on supporting documents),<\/li>\r\n<li>children under 6 years of age.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Procurement<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tickets can be purchased online via the site ticket office or on site depending on availability.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.4 Validity of banknotes<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each ticket is valid only for the indicated date, personal and not transferable.<\/p>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<!-- ========================================================== --><!-- 4. No right of withdrawal<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, dated banknotes are neither redeemable nor refundable.<br \/>No withdrawal fee applies to entry tickets.<\/p>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<!-- ========================================================== --><!-- 5. Cancellation or modification by the museum<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The museum may modify or cancel a visit or event in case of force majeure, security or exceptional closure.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If cancelled, the ticket may be postponed or refunded upon request.<\/p>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<!-- ========================================================== --><!-- 6. Groupes & scolaires --><!-- ========================================================== -->\r\n\r\n\r\n<section id=\"groupes\" class=\"wp-block-group\" style=\"margin-top: 50px;\">\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Groups &#038; Schools<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.1 Compulsory reservation<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All group visits must be booked in advance via the planned form or by email.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2 Delay<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in the reduction or cancellation of the guided tour.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.3 Cancellation<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any cancellation must be reported at least 72 hours prior to the visit. Fees may be charged in case of late cancellation.<\/p>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<!-- ========================================================== --><!-- 7. Adh&eacute;sions --><!-- ========================================================== -->\r\n\r\n\r\n<section id=\"adhesions\" class=\"wp-block-group\" style=\"margin-top: 50px;\">\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Membership of the Association (if proposed)<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membership in the MO5 association is annual, nominative and non-refundable. It gives access to advantages, including free admission to the museum.<\/p>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<!-- ========================================================== --><!-- 8. Responsabilit&eacute; --><!-- ========================================================== -->\r\n\r\n\r\n<section id=\"responsabilite\" class=\"wp-block-group\" style=\"margin-top: 50px;\">\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Liability<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The museum cannot be held responsible for:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>loss or theft of personal effects,<\/li>\r\n<li>damage caused by failure to comply with the instructions,<\/li>\r\n<li>technical malfunction,<\/li>\r\n<li>wrong information provided by the buyer.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<!-- ========================================================== --><!-- 9.
