General Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all services offered by the Video game museum, carried by the association MO5. They concern ticketing, visits, group reservations, events and, where appropriate, membership of the association.

1. Subject matter

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is to:

  • tickets to the video game museum,
  • guided tours and workshops,
  • privatisation,
  • group and school reservations,
  • and accessions to the MO5 association where appropriate.

3. Ticketing

Prices

Prices are expressed in euro including VAT. The museum reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

3.2 Free

Admission is free for:

  • members of the MO5 association (on supporting documents),
  • children under 6 years of age.

3.3 Procurement

Tickets can be purchased online via the site ticket office or on site depending on availability.

3.4 Validity of banknotes

Each ticket is valid only for the indicated date, personal and not transferable.

4. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, dated banknotes are neither redeemable nor refundable.
No withdrawal fee applies to entry tickets.

5. Cancellation or modification by the museum

The museum may modify or cancel a visit or event in case of force majeure, security or exceptional closure.

If cancelled, the ticket may be postponed or refunded upon request.

6. Groups & Schools

6.1 Compulsory reservation

All group visits must be booked in advance via the planned form or by email.

6.2 Delay

A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in the reduction or cancellation of the guided tour.

6.3 Cancellation

Any cancellation must be reported at least 72 hours prior to the visit. Fees may be charged in case of late cancellation.

7. Membership of the Association (if proposed)

Membership in the MO5 association is annual, nominative and non-refundable. It gives access to advantages, including free admission to the museum.

8. Liability

The museum cannot be held responsible for:

  • loss or theft of personal effects,
  • damage caused by failure to comply with the instructions,
  • technical malfunction,
  • wrong information provided by the buyer.

9. Personal data protection (GDPR)

The data collected are used only to process reservations, purchases and requests for information.

10. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
